Our WHOLE CHICKEN BROTH (also known as 'Stock') is the juice from slow-cooking the whole chicken - meat, bones and all. A proper hearty chicken soup, 'for the soul' as they used to say. Gentle, easily absorbed nutrition.
~ Sourced only from Organic Pastured Poultry grown here at Hill Farm, moved regularly to fresh grass
~ From birds fed a soya-free, GM-free, Organic diet with plenty of opportunity to forage for wild plants and insects
~ Zero antibiotics used on our farm
~ Made in small batches
~ Simple ingredients: just Whole Chickens, Filtered Water, a splash of organic Apple Cider Vinegar and a pinch of Celtic Salt.
We freeze our broth straight after production, to lock in the nutrients and the freshness.
